There’s something important about choosing the right door for your property. It’s important to be aware of the options available and narrow them down. Maybe it’s something to complement your home's architecture, sure but think about your needs as well as the materials it’s constructed from, security, thermal efficiency, glazing and the list goes on. This example was a new front door installed at our site in Berkhamsted.
While the heart of the home is thought to be the kitchen, isn’t it fair to say the living room is where we spend the most time relaxing? It’s therefore key to create a space that’s both comforting and practical in equal measure which is what we have done at our latest Windsor project.
A bespoke traditional English style kitchen we designed and manufactured.•By changing the layout slightly we manage to create more storage space and the amount of appliances within this space to make it more functional and usable.
Final images of a kitchen remodel we completed last summer for our client whilst they were overseas.•This was a complete rip out from floor to ceiling, and everything in between. Prior to us starting the client had purchased the kitchen from @usedkitchenexchange were we had to make sure that we could adapt and refit units in a new location. With anything like this it’s never that straight forward, we had to make a lot of units ourselves like doors, cupboards, shelving and including the island. •Once the kitchen was fitted we had a @farrowandball colour consultant in to decide on a colour pallet, from that point we hand painted the kitchen and this was the end result.
Lovely rich colours from the western red cedar cladding completed on this extension. All it requires now is a UV protection oil.
On our latest renovation we made use of a wasted plant room and turned it into a usable office space. With more people than ever working from home now office space is a huge benefit in any household.•The joinery was made in-house by us and then hand painted in @farrowandball and fitted with a 20mm quartz worktop. This included a new boiler installation and relocation as well as the water tank and various pipework to alter the layout and make the space more user friendly.
Inside the @dsalisburycons orangery at our Berkhamsted site. The lantern was finished with an led light strip around the perimeter from @arcled_ and the flooring from @bergandberg in Sweden.•Once built an orangery will flood your home with light and give it a nice airy feel. Merging the inside and outside of your home together.
