Kyle and his team worked on our kitchen extension for three months earlier this year. This involved demolition of an existing structure, removal of load-bearing walls and subsequent installation of two steel beams, installation of a new kitchen, as well as plastering, electrics, plumbing etc. We are very pleased with the final product and the quality of workmanship. Also, although the work involved much upheaval, Kyle minimised it as much as he could, which we really appreciated. He also made suggestions as to how to improve the design and various elements, so we really felt he was invested in the project. In addition, his team were all very professional and courteous and were a key factor in helping the work proceed relatively smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend Future Construction to anyone requiring building work and in fact am interested in using their services for our next project.

We had three quotes and decided to use Kyle, Future Building. Kyle had complete control of the build and since we managed from a distance our communications were via email and phone and we rarely met Kyle on site. Even though we changed several things during the build Kyle never complained, he just got on with job in hand and made sure we were pleased with each stage of the build. He had superb attention to detail and treated the build as if it were his own property. Any problems were quickly rectified with no excuses. Kyle also fitted our kitchen and did a fantastic job, it was exactly as we expected. Kyle went that extra mile in sourcing parts for the kitchen to make sure it looked right rather than accepting what was supplied.

Kyle and the team did an awesome job at our place, new bathroom and a few new walls on the first floor, all excellent.
For a start is the only builder that came with a quote time clear and on time.
Everything was done prompt and in a very
professional manner. They stay in the time frame expected. Good finishing. Overall I can 100% recommend Kyle and his team.

Kyle and his team completed a side extension for a shower room and a 2 storey side extension which involved removing the side wall of the house to extend the kitchen, and adding 2 bedrooms upstairs. Kyle managed all aspects of the building control once drawings had been approved, and had an excellent knowledge and relationship with the council that allowed any issues or changes required to be resolved quickly.
Kyle personally oversaw all of the structural work including many steels, and had an excellent team to call on throughout all aspects of the build. Many friends who have also had building work commented on the high quality of the bricklayers work and the structural work. We have small children and I was pregnant throughout the build, which took around 4 months to finish, with the last month being minor work being completed. The team kept areas separate and use of the kitchen throughout.
There was a small delay caused mostly by a party wall agreement (with the council), which Kyle was able to help find a solution to, adjusting the internal area of the toilet. Kyle was in close contact throughout the build and had creative solutions to use of internal space too, meaning we could save money on reusing kitchen cabinets. Costs went slightly over due to decisions taken during the build. I would recommend Future Construction for large building work and would also say having Kyle involved with decisions at an early stage such as when planning would be beneficial.
