Complete internal refurbishment of a 1960's bungalow with the addition of a new sigle storey rear extention with sliding/folding doors.
The project required the removal of an existing rear conservatory, the rear gable wall and existing internal fixtures and fitting.
We then constructed a new single storey flat roof extension with aluminium sliding/folding doors and a large pyramid shaped sky light, with the internal refurbishment consititing of the removal of all load bearing wall, insertion of new steelwork , then new partition walls to for a revised layout to incorperate 1 double bedroom with en-suite, a second double bedroom, a family bathroom and new open plan living with a new handleless high gloss kitchen with granite work surfaces.
