I required some repair works to be carried out on my property so I contacted G&B. A representative was sent out promptly to price the works and we were very happy with the quote so we decided to use G&B for the works. We have no complaints about the workers or the firm, they were very organised, turned up when expected and were polite and friendly during our interactions. The works were completed on the date they stated and my roof has never looked better. My Velux window now does not leak in water anymore after a poor initial installation and my roof tiles are fully repaired and replaced. The workers were very clean and left no mess and were willing to work on a weekend to complete the job. I have since contacted G&B for further works other properties I own. - Pat
G&B carried out the replacement of my old guttering and fascias, as well as carrying out a full roof overhaul and repair and also some render repair work. The two man team that were assigned to the job were very efficient and completed the works within the given timescale with minimal disturbance for myself and neighbours. They were both very polite and friendly and their quality of work is second to none. I have already contacted G&B again to carry out further works on my property later in the year. In a week we had our bay taken back to brick inside, damp proofed, re-plastered, the bay roof replaced, a bespoke iron handrail fitted and new windows fitted upstairs and down. The lads worked really cleanly and were very friendly and polite. Wouldn't hazard to recommend. - Emma
As treasurer of our community church we have had many problems acquiring quotes and commitment from builders in the past. I found that Darren turned up as arranged and on time and there was no hassle with follow up appointments. The quotes asked for arrived promptly as promised and when we needed a quote for our new back door, the blueprint and quoted arrived via email within hours of the request. The building repair work quoted for was reasonable and the work carried out without any fuss. The team turned up when promised and were friendly and reliably on time each day they were there till the job was completed. We would just like to say a massive Thank you to Lee and his team who did all the work for us back in July and August last year! When we had Lee over to have a look at the house we knew it was going to be a big job, but nothing was going to be too ominous for him! With every request, Lee came up with a solution! We were looking at getting the whole house renovated starting from top to bottom with a new kitchen, bathroom a priority but with larger scale building work and walls knocking down also. As this was the first time we had done anything of the like, Lee was brilliant in advising us of what we could and couldn’t do and even with our awkward needs, there was always an answer! What was even more satisfying was how quickly everything was completed, on time and within the time frame Lee gave us. We couldn’t speak more highly of the quality of workmanship and even more importantly the service that we got from Lee and his team!
