We selected Winston through placing a advert on a builders website. We then sent copies of the plans through before meeting him on site to allow him to get a true lay of the land. Once the quote was accepted and contract signed work commenced quickly. Throughout the build Winston kept us up to date with each stages progression. Any problems that were discovered with the plans, Winston come to us with a solution as well as making suggestions which he thought may be beneficial to the build although never forced, the final decision was always ours. on completetion of the house and obtaining all relevant certificates we where more than pleased with the EPC and SAP, we asked for a warm house and that's what we have got. I'd like to say a massive thank you to all involved in the building of my extension. You really made the entire process as hassle free as possible and worked really hard to stay within my budget. I found your advice invaluable and your work ethic unquestionable. I always felt comfortable with you in my home and you always respected my privacy and opinions. the subcontractors you used had all obviously been vetted by yourself and I found their work of an extremely high standard. they too treated me and my home with respect. As you liaised with all the officials on my behalf I didn't worry of dealing of dealing with Building control, Ni Water etc. In truth, it is only with hindsight that I realise how much of the burden you did take of my shoulders. The end result is a gorgeous new single storey bedroom and wet rom extension. It's obvious to all that the work is of high standard and the finish is lovely. Please feel free to give any potential client my details for reference purposes as I have no problem recommending you. You may also let them view the work as it'll give me a chance to show it off.
