Holiday cabin refurbishments External.

On this project we did a complete over haul of the entire property. Externally we removed all the wooden cladding, dug around the complete building and concreted new foundations tieing into the existing concrete. We also built a timer frame extension adding an extra 1.8m for en-suite bathroom, including all drainage required. We insulated the walls externally with 50mm insulation, then built around with 100mm concrete blocks. On top of the block work we clad the building with natural stone cladding. We also removed the old concrete roof tiles added insulation to the rafters, counter battened and roofed with new fibre cement slate.

Office refit, Neyland

On this project we had to build new office spaces, re-wire  and add data points for computers, fit internal windows with oak frames, and install a suspended ceiling including lights and light panels.
