Here we have an extension we completed with internal knockthroughs creating open plan living. all completed and signed off by building control.
On this extension we have created an extended living/kitchen area which helped with being able to put a downstairs toilet in the space. All while matching into the old pebble dashed house.

grp of both a garage roof and a flat roof to the back of the property in which this one was insulated, while repointing the damaged back wall.
We have here taken apart an old garage into a fully insulated bedroom and en-suite, replacing all windows to replace the old rotten timber framed ones.
unfortunately on this job the customer had an accident which meant they couldn't get up the stairs. They called us to render the wall to stop the draft coming through the wall they had to sleep next to. After our site visit we advised them that ewi render would be the best way forward and after completing the job we had a very satisfied customer who had got rid of there problem.
Here we have a project that we completed. All work completed by Humber developments ltd. It was a challenging job because of the shortage on cement at the time of building this. but we completed the job on time and on budget, leaving the customer with new open plan kitchen bathroom and lounge.
