Bathroom Refurbishment - Downsbarn, Milton Keynes

On this project we completley stripped the family bathroom back to the plasterboard walls. Re-skimmed the ceiling and feature wall, finished with an off white vinyl silk paint finish.
Our client did'nt really have a vision of what they wanted so we were more than happy to flood them with inspirational ideas on a budget.
With high gloss grey tiles, fitted in a brick bond effect, soft touch vinyl flooring, new bathroom suite with shower enclosure

Kitchen Refurbishment - Downsbarn, Milton Keynes

After doing such a good job for our client first time around, we were invited back to carry out a new kitchen refurbishment.
With dark grey high gloss splash back tiles in a brick bond effect, slate effect laminate flooring, white high gloss kitchen units, finished with a real wood effect laminate worktop.
You can achieve a high end finish, even on smaller budgets!

New Bathroom & New Kitchen Install - Newport Pagnel

On this project at a relatively small Victorian period property, we carried out a full bathroom and kitchen gut out back to the basic shell.
We installed new ceramic floor and wall tiles with under floor heating, heated towel rail and new toilet and shower in the bathroom.
In the kitchen, we installed lovely new high gloss units and laminate worktop (kitchen supplied by Howdens). The floor was finished with a luxury vinyl click tile.

Internal Alterations + Full Kitchen Refurbishment - Thorney Croft Lane, Milton Keynes

Load bearing internal block wall removed and new I beam steel installed within the ceiling void to give a "one level" flat ceiling finish.
We re-lined the walls with new plasterboard, skim plaster finish with brilliant white emulsion.
Beautiful new light grey real Oak kitchen with copper fleck Minerva worktop and splash back. The joints to the work are invisible to the eye to give a monolithic piece of art!

Internal Alterations + New Kitchen/Diner - Broughton, Milton Keynes

On this project we had to remove a load bearing wall that split the existing kitchen from the dining room. We then installed a support beam within the ceiling void to give a flat, level ceiling line.
We updated the utility room with new high gloss units and worktop. In the new open plan kitchen/Diner area, the floor was finished with luxury vinyl click flooring. The kitchen units were curved high gloss units with a large central Island finished with a sparkling white granite worktop and full height splash back - cool white LED strip lighting for task and accent lighting.

Full House Decoration + Garden Overhaul - Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes

This project offered abit of a change to what we normally do. Our client opted for a full house re-dec internally, top to bottom.
We had to accommodate our clients forever evolving requirements, which kept us on our toes!
The existing garden was in such a state. Just one big mud pit! On this project we built retaining, low height walls, new boundary fence and gate, flag stone paving on differing levels and artificial grass at the rear and front of the house.
The good weather at the time made it even more enjoyable!

On this project, we removed a non-load bearing internal wall and blocked in an existing doorway to create the space for a new family bathroom.
Cracked glazed Metro green wall tiles with Oak effect tiles on the floor, with a new bathroom suite and shower enclosure.
Our client knew exactly what they were trying to achieve which helped the project run smoother.

Single Storey, Two Storey Extension + Internal Remodel - Renhold, Bedford

We carried out a single storey and two storey extension with Juliet balcony over looking the fields at the rear of the house.
There were some big internal alterations that required a lot of steel work to achieve the big, open plan space our client sort after.
A new painted real Oak kitchen with solid wooden worktops and enough kitchen gadgets to keep any tech bod entertained!

One of our most challenging projects to date - We were very happy to be part of this project. With a single storey, flat roof link extension to the new two storey extension situated off-set to the front of the house.
Our client had practically doubled the foot print of their house. Completed in early 2020.
