Part Demolition and complete Renovation of this tired 1950's bungalow. 



Stripping this project back to the original brickwork. removing all the slates, plaster and floor joists. 

Adding a modern flat roof extension to the rear to give a beautiful kitchen / living area. 

we added underfloor heating throughout and insulated the property to above present regulations which I'm sure they're getting the benefit from this winter.

Renovation with Wrap round Extension.

This was a brilliant job we completed in the 1st half of 2018. 
We were to take down all existing extensions and remove foundations before remodelling the back of the house. Steel beams were installed to open up the entire rear of the house into what would become the Kitchen.
The existing ground floor was broken out and dug down to allow for a new concrete floor to run through seamlessly with the extension. We then fitted wet underfloor heating and screeded, once the extension walls and roof had been finished. 
The extension roof was left vaulted underneath to give the feeling of more space. Plus with several Velux windows to flood the rooms with light.
