J Fuller Builders Ltd is a member of the National House Building Council (NHBC), the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), the National Federation of Builders (NFB) and also the Federation of Crafts and Commerce (FCC). We are also Trustmark approved members to the Federation of Master Builders and can offer insurance backed warranties for any project for up to ten years. We have in place £5 million public liability insurance and £10 million employers liability insurance. Our accreditations are a true measure of the management structure and processes in place to undertake your project, proving that we not only have the systems and services required but that we deliver time and time again. TWO NEW BUILD HOMES

A residential new build project to create two new homes. We worked closely with local architects and building control to create a design and finish that was sympathetic to the existing row of terraced homes. We managed this project from start to finish, from clearing the site ready for construction, to the decorating and flooring, garden landscaping, and finally the installation of the kitchens and bathrooms. 

NEW BUILD FIVE BEDROOM DETACHED HOUSE

Here we constructed a new build house with detached garage. We worked closely with our architects to design a house that is in keeping with the surrounding properties. 
The house is arranged over three floors and includes five bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a family bathroom and downstairs toilet, an open plan kitchen and dining room, and a large lounge with a bay window. 
We managed this project from the initial design to complete build and finish, working alongside architects, structural engineers and the local building control department.
