The value of this contract was £400k and the work included the full modernisation of each property, involving the remodelling of internal layouts, the provision of new floors, damp and timber remedial treatments as well as the installation of central heating, the provision of new Kitchens, Bathrooms, UPVC Windows and Doors. We have since carried out similar works to a further 25 properties in Liverpool on a negotiated basis, and the value is now in excess of £1m.
