We recognise the importance of quality therefore all of our tradesmen and specialist subcontractors are time served and experienced trade specific, appropriately certified and insured. All construction works are project managed by ourselves including Health and Safety.
As a sign of quality we are able to offer insurance backed guarantees on our construction projects through the Federation of Master Builders (FMB). The level of cover available ranges from 2 years up to 10 year structural guarantees for new builds.
Over the past 11 years the company has steadily grown supporting projects across West and East Cheshire. These projects vary from extensions, refurbishments, investment property remodelling. The new build houses we supported have ranged from affordable housing through to executive detached in excess of £1 million. On 8 occasions over recent years we are pleased to have been recognised for the services we provided on site in association with NHBC Pride in the Job award winning teams.
