Internal and external refurbishment and alterations to the newly acquired commercial units for Roadlink International in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton.Works included: new exterior profiled cladding, new motorised roller shutter door, adapted existing manual door to motorised door, internal alterations to provide office spaces, toilet, accessible toilet and washing facilities, decoration works to internal spaces, spray paint aluminium windows and doors and roller shutter doors.

For this project completed in summer 2015, we used our design and build scheme to create modern eco classrooms as West Park Primary School. This created a much needed expansion of the classroom and teaching facilities.The classrooms will provide state of the art teaching facilities for an additional 68 children. The project will also include provision of additional car parking, access to the school and enhanced security systems.See photos for before and after.
In Autumn 2015, James Wilkes completed a two storey classroom extension in the centre of Netherton CofE School in Dudley, West Midlands. The extension was built into the ground to maximise space, transforming a derelict bit of land into two much needed modern classrooms with storage space.
