Kept to the price agreed. Put in some insulation extra at no additional cost. We were explained what was going on through out the process. Given choices over tiles, with no pressure. Replaced rough cast. Roof looks good and no problems so far.

“John and his team renewed our slate roof. It was a big job and they were here for a while. They were flexible, they had some good ideas and listened to ours. There was some project creep and delays because of other renovations and they worked round this without complaint. They didn't charge for some extras and were thoroughly pleasant and honest. I'm part of an owner-run management company for a large converted property. We've used use JB Good Roofing several times now for various repairs on our building's ageing roof over the last couple of years. They visit very promptly for quotes, the quotes are always provided quickly, prices are competitive and the work is done to a high standard and they tidy up after themselves. In addition, they are very well administrated, with calls, emails and other issues addressed quickly, which is not always the case with tradesman. I can highly recommend their service

John was the only roofer that actually went up to the chimney to have a look at exactly what was required. On the day of the quote, he had promised to arrive at 9am, arrived at 9:03 and apologised for being late!! The job has been carried out fantastically, and even had a quick look around and replaced some tiles that needed replacing for no extra cost. Behind John and the guys is Lisa who manages the office. She too is excellent, there is always someone to answer emails and calls. You're never left hanging. We recommend these guys!”
