We needed to enlarge our kitchen and add a much larger utility room. This involved removing the gable end wall of the existing utility room, adding on a 3m x 3m extension, and building a new internal wall with door. The job included five new UPVC windows and a new UPVC back door. The existing patio and associated paving had to be removed, re-positioned and re-laid as well. We drew up a plan showing the building details and the positions of all the proposed kitchen and utility room units and Jamie and Marco and their subcontractors were meticulous in working to the drawing. The new units all fitted perfectly and the positions of electrical outlets, drains etc. were spot on. We achieved exactly what we had hoped for. To cut costs, it was agreed at the outset that I would undertake some minor second-fix plumbing, central heating, electrical and kitchen fitting work and Marco and Jamie's team assisted where needed. I was particularly pleased at the way that we were able to work together to complete the job. Everything came in on quote and budget, completed to specification. and to a high standard. Jamie, Marco, Wendy - back office, and their subcontractors Gino, Craig, Robert and John, were a delight to have on site. Communication was excellent - we always knew when they were coming and what the plan of work was for that day or week.
