The design of the project was managed by the architect and we then added our touch throughout, with the addition of our client’s personal interior design finishes. Initially the drainage at the rear was a bit of a challenge, lacking space to work and we had to keep the house in practical use whilst working. We fitted new coving and pressurised system to up the overall performance of the heating and water fed services. The existing walls were also bowed and out of level which also ended up with us resetting a lot of the existing to create a good end result.
