Karl James Construction is a quality building business based in Bury and covering the surrounding Greater Manchester areas. We have many years of experience in all aspects of the building trade.

Karl James constructed a new pitched roof on the extension of this propert, replacing an old flat roof which had started to leak. The client decided to also renovate the extension at the same time to create a wider living space. Photos show before and after of the roof.
