Lawson Building Management Systems are an established building company operating out of Bournemouth, providing high quality residential building and roofing works along with general maintenance. We are a member of the Federation of Master Builders and also NHBC Registered Builders. These organisations give us the opportunity to offer our clients an insurance-backed warranty for projects we are involved in.
We offer three contract options: Fixed Price, Cost Plus and Project Managed.
Some of the clients we have previously carried out work for include: Bovis, IBM, Dorset County Council, British Rail, Housing 21, Broadway Housing, Beagle Aircraft, Magellan Aerospace, Max Factor Hampshire County Council & BDH Chemicals, as well as many private clients.
Our main trades are: Groundwork, Drainage Brickwork, Carpentry, Plumbing & Heating, Electrics, Roofing, Decor & Metal Partitioning.
Our building services include: New builds, Extensions, Loft Conversions, Conservatorories, General Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Metal Partitioning.
