Complete re-roofing of terraced house, including flat roof portion. Included replacing damaged rafters and joists, and fresh tiling. Also, one entirely new bathroom, including removing of bath and installing wet room with shower, new tiling, new toilet and sink. Second bathroom re-tiled. Involved complex plumbing solutions and rerouting of waste pipe. Third bathroom came into scope because of this. All changes in scope accommodated with reasonable adjustment in price.
