Lilium Homes MD and Principal Contractor, Sam, bought and refurbished her first property when she was just 20, studying Science and Medicine at the University of Glasgow.  After graduating she spent 12 years in Financial Analytics, but her passion continued to grow within property development and period home restoration, as she bought and sold her own homes and helped many friends along the way.
