Project Management

Working in the industry for over 25 years Lilystone have Project Managed a variety and many different styles of development.
 
Projects have included individual period homes, modern/ contemporary homes, renovations and conversions of listed buildings, large apartment developments, mixed size housing developments and retail shop fit outs.
 
Working with Volume House Builders, Small Bespoke Builders, private Clients and Retail Clients.
 
Our objective is to ensure that the client's brief is met, whether this involves new builds, conversion, renovation, extension or a combination of all four.
 
The service provided can commence at conception or the early design to ensure these objectives are met.  These are generally:
The ideas and concepts are buildable.
The budget will be achieved.
The time constraints are met.
 
Each of the projects are tailored to the individual client and the priority of their objectives, as these can and do differ.  Lilystone have specialised at the 'top end' of the market for new homes.  Working on what are termed by many as 'aspirational' homes.
 
This often includes the integration of complex smart home technologies and more specialised mechanical and engineering systems, often due to the scale of properties being worked on.  This has included air conditioning and heat recovery systems, indoor swimming pools with gyms, saunas and steam rooms, home cinemas, integrated sound systems and integrated vacuum systems.
