Read Side Extension

This stylish house extension involved the full reconfiguration of the lower ground along with a full refurb of the upper ground as well as a loft conversion; converting this 3 bed house into a 5 bedroom home.

The kitchen conveys a wonderful melange of country and contemporary styles with a bright living space to suit all needs. The bar area - la piece de resistance - clearly defines the personality of the place, being like a splash of colour that stands out from the room.

The slide panoramic doors strengthen the idea of brightening up the space and are definitely a ‘must have’ during the hot, sunny weather.

However, this house has been completely transformed to cater for everyones needs. Thus, the loft has cleverly been converted into two en-suite bedrooms linked by a Jack & Jill bathroom. This type of bathroom is a brilliant way of saving space while still allowing everyone to remain private.

Rear Kitchen Extension

This stylish rear kitchen extension entailed a complete reconfiguration of the ground floor to create a larger living space and preserve the natural light.

This mélange between the English & Indian culture, of both old & new conveys the authenticity of the place.
What’s more, this bright, airy space was mainly created through the installation of the Velux roof windows - which give another modern touch to the place.

Additionally, the garden has also suffered a complete redesign along with the installation of a new patio and the new turf layout.
