This project was a large extension to double the size of this executive property including a full house ronovation, new roof and lifting the height of the upstairs ceiling/roof, engineered blue brick skirt around the bottom of the extension, new stone cills and headers around windows.

New Build 4 Bedroom House, Detached Double Garage, Paddock and Landscaping

McCombie Construction Ltd. were selected to build out this new build property on what was land adjacent to an existing property. This project was fully managed by McCombie Construction Ltd. from the feasibility, design, pre-construction, construction and sale stages of the project. We were responsible for producing the full H&S package for the project and the property was build with an NHBC 10 Warranty provided.
 
This project was actually selected as a finalist in the Local Authority Building Control Awards for Building Excellence in the 'Best New Home Catagory'.
 
This project had a contract value of circa £240k
