This customer's original driveway had become weathered and had sunk in various areas which were causing areas of the driveway to be unsafe for the elderly members of the family living at home. They wanted to reduce the size of the original flower bed to allow for more car space and wanted to improve the drainage of the rainfall and surface water as it used to puddle a lot due to the areas that had sunk.

They contacted us about the survey and we advised them on the costs to rectify the issues raised by their surveyor. During our meetings about the work, they asked us about a new porch which we also then went on to design and build for them whilst carrying out the works listed in the buyer’s survey.

This project was carried out whilst providing temporary power and data supplies to another area of the building in order to keep the day to day activities running smoothly. We are now in talks with the Abbotts Langley Parish Council to help design and tender for phase 2 which is to refurbish the other end of the building to the same standards.
