Large Two Storey Extension –

Large Two Storey Extension – Barbridge, Nantwich, Cheshire Once again this is a family client that was looking to create additional space to their home to accommodate them. We created a two storey extension providing a new open kitchen area, a utility room and a downstairs cloakroom w/c. Upstairs the client gained an extra bedroom, a large bathroom and added to the existing bedroom to create a bigger floor space. Midas finished the property giving the quality finishing touches. The garden area was landscaped to fit in with the new look and feel of the property. Testimonial "After receiving planning permission in September 2010 for a two storey 50 Square Metre extension we began to source for a builder who could carry out the work. From our perspective it was important for the work to commence in March 2011 and we wanted one organisation to take responsibility for the whole project. We selected six builders to quote for the work. As we are from the local area we already knew some contractors who quoted but we engaged with two other contractors who also provided quotes. After careful consideration of the quotes we elected to work with Midas Construction. Whilst Midas were not the cheapest quote we visited two of their previous projects and found that both families were very happy with their work and that the standard of workmanship was first class. We were also assured that Midas provide a dedicated representative throughout the project to assist with any on-going issues. Having recently completed our work I can honestly say we have found all the above to be true in relation to our project. The work has been completed swiftly and efficiently with attention to detail maintained throughout. As we live in an old property some issues did arise as the project evolved. However Midas dealt with these in a timely and efficient manner whilst also retaining sight of the main objective. I would have no hesitation in recommending Midas in the future.
