Martin has recently carried out a complete refurbishment of my flat. A new kitchen was designed and installed, the bathroom has also been refurbished, the walls and ceiling were retiled and a new bathroom suite installed.Solid oak floors have been installed on two floors plus the stairs. Hired Martin and his crew to completely gut and renovate 2 flats above a commercial premises. Very professional and dealt with everything, planning, plumbing, electrics, new power supplies and any other issues that arose, from start to finish. Excellent service refitting my kitchen & bathroom. Did everything that I needed and helped me out with a few other little jobs too. Understood where they may be issues and gave suitable options to rectify and all at a reasonable price. Worked in a tidy fashion and cleaned everything after they finished. I hired Martin initially for carpentry work however he and his team can do almost anything. With full refurbishment back to brick walls then his team were able to locate all wires and plumbing flush, add sockets in each room to rationalise and built in tracking and higher sockets for tv mounts. Using modern materials the house is ‘smart’ and hopefully future proofed for some years. The plastering work is brilliant and I would find myself just enjoying running my hands down the walls as they dried - as smooth as glass! I have been able to move through the house a room at a time as the work became financially affordable. Martin also brings ideas and conversation from years of experience; such as a walk in wardrobe for the bedroom that has been amazing. I have more work planned just as soon as I can get around to it and would recommend if you want a quality finish that means you can sit back and enjoy your property (and even show it off a bit!) - Full refurbishment room by room
