On initial visit to give us a quote for extending our house, Jamie came across as a pleasant person. He gave us his honest views about economics of house extension (increasing house value or losing money etc in the current climate). He gave us a competitive quote. He made a contract which included the details of the job, time scale, builders insurance etc. During the extension we found him very punctual and dedicated in whatever he did. He was at the house before 8am and left almost every day after 6pm! He many a times worked 6-7 days week! He made sure he kept the place as much cleanly as he could before leaving every day. His associates (i.e plumbers, electricians etc) also came across as pleasant and hard working lot. He took our views while working and suggested us appropriately if our ideas were not ideal. He finished the work in time and came back to make sure everything was in order. The finishing was of very high standards as mentioned by people (including estate agents) visiting our house after extension was complete. We would gladly ask him for any building work in future.
