We carried out a project as part of the Renfrewshire Retail Improvement scheme for Susan Hall of Fresh Faces, a beauty and wellbeing specialist based in Paisley. The Retail Improvement Scheme aims to encourage a high standard of physical improvements to fronts of properties in retail areas in Renfrewshire, with grants of up to 70% of eligible costs up to a maximum of £8,000.00 available to applications. On this project we completed works under the grant scheme and additional private works which completely transformed the look of the property. Works included a re-brand of the existing marketing scheme, new signage, installation of a new shop front inclusive of an electric roller shutter for additional security. Structural alterations in line with with the planning and building warrant drawings were completed to provide a fresh and modern look to the existing retail premises with the owner Susan being delighted with the overall project. Susan Hall of Fresh Faces: "Well thats the front of the shop looking perfect thanks to the amazing work by Noble Property Solutions and their team. Honestly can't believe how well it has turned out. It's hard to picture the finished effect from the achitect drawings".
We carried out roofline repairs to this customers property following deterioration to the plywood soffit and fascias applied to the extension of the property when constructed around 10 years ago. Unfortunately the incorrect specification had been used and deteriorated with exposure to the weather. We supplied black grained effect fascia and white soffit to match the remainder of the property. We also installed replacement IP rated downlights to the newly installed soffit. The customer was also suffering water ingress from one of the velux windows installed to the Evalon Single Ply roof covering. During our survey we identified an incorrect flashing detail at the head of the velux which we subsequentrly repaired whilst on site carrying out the roofline repairs. We also installed replacement IP rated downlights to the newly installed soffit. Internally, we replace the original sapele doors with new Oak veneered pass doors and handles to match the existing finishes in the extension area of the property. Another happy customer who has provided us with a verified 5 star review.
We were appointed to carry out emergency make safe works at this project on behalf of the building insurers following a gas explosion which caused extesive structural damage to the properties. The blast caused damage to the structural roof timbers, roof covering and load bearing internal walls. We installed Acro Prop's and structural stud partitions in line with our Structural Engineers specificaiton to ensure the property was made safe to avoid structural collapse and to enable further inspection and removal of the customers contents. The bay window lintels and mullions were carefully taken down to enable replacement templates to be taken for the reinstatement stage. This was an extensive operation with careful planning and removal of debris to facilitate the installation of temporary props.
A recently completed bathroom renovation project which we completed for a private customer. We removed the old suite, re-plastered the walls, installed a lowered ceiling with new downlights and extractor fan venting externally. We also replaced the original aluminium window with a new UPVC double glazed window as part of the works. The customer selected porcelain tiles and a luxury vinyl floor tile which we installed along with the new suite. The grey tiles look great against the contrasting white suite.
