New roof, fascia's and guttering and roof treatment. The roof had been completely stripped back to the rafters, and all the tiles saved as they were going to re-use them. A breather menbrain was then used along with tantalized battens. The facia has been renewed with exterior ply and stained. A Manthorpe smart verge has been used along with vented ridge caps.
