New extension to the side and back of the house housing the new kitchen/diner/ lounge. The property has had a new boiler installed in the utility room and under floor heating. Bi-fold doors to the back of the property and a large roof lantern. A new kitchen has been installed with a large island, Laminate flooring and fully decorated. A fibre glass roof has been fitted to the main part and the other part has a ridge which has been mortared on.
This project was inspected by the FMB's independent inspection company.
