Camberley Project

This project involved the construction of a double storey side extension and a single storey side extension to the rear. The external fabric of the extension was matched to the existing property with reclaimed bricks and roof tiles sourced and fitted. Internally we fitted a new Kitchen and Utility to the ground floor with two sets of bi-folding doors and an aluminium lantern. On the first floor we fitted a new en-suite and created a new Master Bedroom. The ground floor was fitted with wet underfloor heating and a new boiler was installed. All the new services were run and connected with the relevant certification supplied. Externally we laid a sandstone slab to the side of the property and decking to the rear.

This project involved a single storey rear extension. The property was only constructed 4-5 years ago so it was easy to match the existing bricks and roof tiles. Internally we removed the existing Kitchen and supplied and fitted a complete bespoke Kitchen complete with granite worksurfaces. We extended the existing underfloor heating system and upgraded the manifold for the additional heating loops. All the new services were run and connected with the relevant certification supplied.
