Farnham Surrey NewBuild Project

This new build 5,500 square foot house is set in an acre plot in the heart of Surrey. The tired and cramped dwelling was demolished and replaced with a spacious contemporary home laid out and specified for modern day living and entertaining. 
We developed the site from inception through to completion, listening to the client brief and then preparing all drawings, for both planning and building regulation approval, we specified all fixtures and fittings, ensuring the finishes were chosen to be both robust and stylist. The property has Home Automation with both in-wall and mobile/tablet functionality, the system can control: the audio visual aspect of the houseas well as comfort cooling ad heating, lighting, security and door entry.
  
 

Notting HIll Newbuild

This Little Jewel is tucked away in a private mews in one of Notting Hill's premier locations. Originally, garages planning permission was sort and obtained for a new build 1,200 sq.ft. 'glass house' set amongst the gardens and listed buildings in the area. This tranquil location is an oasis of calm within the city making the perfect pied-a-terre. With many planning and conservation areas constraints the house was designed as a contemporary addition to the streetscape setting of the surrounding buildings.
The 'Glass House' consists of two bedrooms with ensuite, guest cloakroom and open plan living/kitchen/dining room.
