Osmium Property Services Ltd is a local building company which specialises in the conversion of a property’s indoor space and the improvement of the surrounding landscape. All in-house building services are provided by trained and qualified contractors who, between them, share over a century of experience in the construction industry. We offer a full turnkey solution to your building requirements, with a range of garage and loft conversions, along with house extensions and landscaping services.
Established in 2021, we are a small family-run business based in Nuneaton. Serving Coventry, Hinckley, Warwickshire and the surrounding areas, Osmium Property Services is a proud member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and our work is highly regarded on both Checkatrade and Rated People.
