Mr & Mrs Kavanagh - Family Bathroom

This project was carried out in tandem with Mr & Mrs Kavanagh's en-suite bathroom renovation, as the two rooms were back-to-back and shared a partition wall. Like the en-suite, this room was stripped back to bare rafters and walls and fully re-wired and re-plumbed. As the two shared a partition wall, which was removed and rebuilt as part of the project, we were able to conceal, share and save space by fitting all necessary pipework within it. Again, despite being a compact bathroom it feels very spacious and the chest or drawers we converted into a sink unit, makes a great feature.

The subject of this project is a car port that needed some TLC. While discussing various ideas the client, they decided that what they really wanted was an additional room, separate from the main house, in this instance to use as a gym. But in reality with only a change to the flooring (if that), it can be used as a home office, cinema room or studio - pretty much anything that takes their fancy.

This bathroom project was completed as part of a complete house refurbishment. The original bathroom was both in need of updating and also making bigger, as it was just too small for a family of four. Like the rest of the house, this room was stripped right back to back brick, floor and ceiling removed, made twice the size and rebuilt from there.

This project involved taking a client's outbuilding, (which was simply being used for storage), and converting it into a home gym. The Marden Village Club contracted us to fully decorate the inside of their premises, which was around 475 sqm. Our work included all the walls, ceilings, woodwork and trim and doors, plus papering feature walls.

For this project the clients wanted to take a rather dilapidated outbuilding and turn it into a home office. Structurally it was sound so the peg tile roof was repaired and the broken weatherboard was replaced. The building was re-wired and we replaced the windows with double glazed timber units and fitted an oak door. It was fully insulated, boarded and plastered, and left ready for the clients to decorate.
