Pavilion Construction Ltd – We are a successful, independent construction company based between Totnes and Newton Abbot in South Devon. The company specializes in groundworks and engineering works including; site clearance, bulk earthworks, foundations, drainage, new roads, driveways, retaining walls, new builds, and bespoke extensions. We cover projects throughout the Devon area for main contractors and offer bespoke works for private clients.
We also develop and construct individual new build homes, our homes department has built a reputation for delivering high-quality individual new houses for which we have been awarded three prestigious awards;
2016 - LABC - Best individual dwelling - South West - Lowen, Bratton Clovelly
2012 - DBC - Award best individual new home- The Walled Garden, Highweek 
2008 - DBC - Award best small development - Court Park, Denbury
We employ a skilled and experienced workforce most of whom have had many years consecutive service with us. The training and development of our team is essential to our business, our staff all hold certified and valid CSCS or CPCS cards, construction industry led qualifications and several hold site supervision and management qualifications.
The company is a member of nationally recognized organisations within the building industry: NHBC registered developer, CITB (Construction Industry Training Board), Chas Accreditation and the NHBC Safemark Scheme. We are also members of Devon Construction Training Group and SSG Health and Safety Scheme.
Pavilion is managed and run by Matt Fice who has over 40 years experience and expertise in groundworks, site construction, and house building. He is assisted by a team of professionals who are committed to providing an excellent service to all of our clients.
