The existing roof has been restructured and large steels have been inserted to accommodate the first floor extension with tiles used to match existing, the single storey rear extension has a flat roof incorporating a large rooflight. Walls have been constructed of traditional cavity, the whole of the external facade has been rendered. Internally a new bathroom, study, kitchen and utility room have been created, all decorations, lighting and plumbing works undertaken and a new boiler installed. All work has been completed to a good standard.
