As my roof in Hove was leaking in several places I asked Charles to make a full survey and to carry out repairs. There were also areas of interior damp. The team fitted a new damproof course and completed interior and exterior redecoration. Repairs to a window are also needed and Charles has been able to organise this whilst paying attention to the special rules in a Conservation Area. Very thorough job: refurbishment and decoration of exterior wooden sash windows, new roof, repair to woodworm damaged door frame, new down pipe. Very polite, good communication throughout, flexible.
