New Bathroom and Wet Room

ProntoBuild has worked on the following project to turn an old and worn 5 bed detached house into a brand new and welcoming home for our client.

The bathroom above has been kept to a fairly minimalistic design in order to enhance the quality of the materials used. The different tones of grey kept the authenticity of this bathroom and the particular final fittings gives it it's beauty.

The only accessories this bathroom needs are the small pop of yellow for it to feel complete. The steel accessories allow for a beautiful and accent to compliment the full look.

New Kitchen

This gorgeous traditional kitchen was chosen by our client to create a modern feel. The dark granite against the ivory wood gives a subtle contrast, whilst giving the kitchen a more modern feeling. The tiles on the other side blend the colouring together.

The floor space created had to be carefully considered in order to maximise the space to it's full potential whilst still maintaining an airing feeling.

ProntoBuild managed the project throughout and took great care in ensuring suitability, time management and quality to completion.

The staircase in the house can be considered one of the most important aspects of a house.

On this occasion, we decided on this hardwood in dark wood to compliment and accent the rest of the room colours as well as the flooring. This has been used to also match the front door to create a flow throughout the entire house.

New Kitchen, Living and Dining Area

This stunning show piece was converted from an old run-down swmming pool area in to a 100 sqm living area in the picture. To accomodate light into such a vast space, deep set skylights were installed accompanied with spot lights and 6 meter bi-fold doors.

Having to build in a conservation area required extensive thoughts and consideration on which materials were used. All materials required confirmation prior to works commencing. A good relationship and communication with the council was essential in ensuring the clients wishes were incorporated within the design.

A house is made of Bricks and Beams, A home is made of Hopes and Dreams

Hopes and Dreams were stored here before ProntoBuild came and made them a reality.

We worked very closely with out client to re-create the entire ground floor. We built a new extension to the rear of the property with new sly lights and bi-fold doors. We were careful to ensure the new extension matches as closely as possible to the existing house.

The new build not only expanded the house but also the indoor living space for the family. We had to work with the engineers to make sure the space could be expanded as much as possible which did not exist in the originial calculations.

This was one of our favourite projects to work on.

Pinner Two-Storey Front and Two-Storey Side Extension

This dated simple property located in a conservation area, went through a complete overhaul over last summer when ProntoBuild commenced works to complete a full internal and external renovation and extension. Compromising of full electrical works, full plumbing works, installing fitted bathrooms and kitchen. This high spec build required a lot of careful planning and attention. Fortunately, our client had a very clear picture of his requirements and was very helpful in assisting us throughout.

One of our challenges at this property was having to build on top of an existing bomb shelter, which we were only made aware of after works had started. Working closely with the architects and engineers, we had to procure new readjusted plans.
