Based in Bridgend, South Wales, Property Building Maintenance (Wales) Ltd was formed in 1981 by directors Eric and Geoff Griffiths, now holding over 30 years experience. We have developed an extremely reputable name through our quality of work and service delivery. Our services include Building Maintenance, Adaptations, Refurbishments, Void Properties and Planned Work programmes. Our clients include Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Public Sector, Schools, Universities, and both Commercial and Domestic Markets.
We are a local company and are very proud to be one of the largest employers in our local community. We ensure our commitment to social sustainability and good environmental practice in all areas of our operation and are fully committed to investing in our local community and supporting local supply chains. Providing yearly trade apprenticeships and full time employment, we also work with our local schools providing work placements to pupils.

Health and Safety: Property Building Maintenance are fully commited to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, clients, customers, visitors and any other persons throughout every project that we undertake. To assist us in this, we have a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy and Procedure Manual, designed to act as a central reference point for all health and safety related matters.
Additionally, since 1996 we have partnered with South Wales Safety Consultancy who assist with our duties, providing advice, training and updates on new legislation. We are also registered with Construction Line and accredited by CHAS, SMAS, and safecontractor, having demonstrated compliance and sound management of current health and safety legislation.
Environmental Responsibility: Property Building Maintenance are aware that building operations impact the local and global environment and so we are commited to the continual environmental improvement of our activities. We are proud to have been awarded the Green Dragon Level 2 Standard. The standard is made up of five steps each incorporating the key elements of Planning, Taking Action, Checking Progress and Reviewing achievements to realise continual environmental improvement.
