The project consisted of the conversion of an existing integral garage & store room to create an additional ground floor bedroom & luxurious bathroom. Additional internal alterations were required to link the conversion with the main residence. An extension was constructed to the rear, creating a large sunroom with views over the Milford Haven waterway. This project was design by one of our directors as he is a Chartered Architectural Technologist, fully qualified to design, detail and specify for any construction project.
