Full refurbishment of dated 1970's large 6 bedroom dormer bungalow. The refurbishment included full electric rewiring, replumbing, new kitchen installation, bathroom and en-suite installation and exterior landscaping works. Externally both the dormer windows were recladded in coloured wood effect fibre cement board and the bare roughcast render was painted.
This traditional Pembrokeshire cottage required extensive yet sympathetic modinisation to create a suitable family home. A pig sty & bunk house were converted to a luxury W.C/ shower room & childrens play room with sleeping mezzanine over respectively. A bespoke glazed timber link extension was added between the main house and the converted bunk house.
The project consisted of the conversion of an existing integral garage & store room to create an additional ground floor bedroom & luxurious bathroom. Additional internal alterations were required to link the conversion with the main residence. An extension was constructed to the rear, creating a large sunroom with views over the Milford Haven waterway. This project was design by one of our directors as he is a Chartered Architectural Technologist, fully qualified to design, detail and specify for any construction project.
