As a youngster, David wanted to join his family business. Much to David’s annoyance his father said No! He insisted David got life skills from carrying out a full apprenticeship with another local company.
David worked hard throughout this time and when the time was right he made the transition into the family business. He started at the bottom and had to prove himself.
After several years, David’s Dad handed over the reins and although his Dad remains heavily involved within the company the day to day running of the business is now David’s domain, whilst retaining the years of experience and knowledge of his father.
The Team feel strongly about the company mission, core business beliefs and working practices.
We’re lucky enough to have formed not only a biological family business but that of a working family too. All of Redman’s team are individually developed to enhance their futures and that of the business.

On commencement of works you will be allocated a project Co-ordinator. They will oversee the job keeping you up to date with progress reports.
Two way and consistent communication is vital to the success of our business and delivery the results you desire.
If it’s a large job we will have a white board for you to write anything that may be on your mind so we can answer any questions or queries you may have no matter how small they are.
