Kitchen Refurbishment

Sometimes homes need a makeover to make it into something you've always wanted or have a need for. The kitchen is where you spend alot of your time and also used for entertaining.

Here we opened up a new area to make the kitchen larger and completely reconfigured the old layout to achieve a kitchen that is more suitable for the clients needs.

Finished with some eyecatching spotlights and lovely new flooring

Double Storey Wrap Around Extension

New double storey wrap around and rear extension completed keeping the original character of house. Finished to high spec with everything you would expect on a high end project.

Complimented with new character stone driveway and electric fully automated gates.

Pictures to show some of the construction process and finished job. It is hard to pick out that this was an extension added on. The windows were matched to the existing and the roof covering built in Welsh slate to match as well. We take pride in looking at all the finer and smaller details of a project.

Open Plan Living Space

Structural opening to a property to make the living space bigger and more airy. Our structural engineer designed the beams, building control inspected and we finished making this client very happy with the new layout.

Victorian Cornice

We were called to bring a new section of the house in to match with the existing cornice in the property. We carefully made a template and run new cornice to match the rest of the property.

Here you see victorian cornice with a 320mm projection across the ceiling.

New Garden Wall

We carry out all aspects of brickwork. Here we see a decorative new garden wall built to the front and a variation to the rear with steps.

Structural Alteration to Attic Space

At times a structural alteration may be required to make better use of the available space you have. Here we have a room to the top of a large building which wasn't accessible due to a steel beam which supported the roof obstructing the way.

With a good structural engineers design we were able to cut part of the steel supporting beam out to allow a new door way to be put in which led to the new room.

A complicated operation which took a lot of planning but a great result.

Renovation works

Project: Princes Park Mansions, Liverpool Status: Principal Contractor We have carried out work so far to this grade 2 listed building in phases. The first phase was to ovehaul the main roof structure and carry out repairs to all lead box gutters and slates etc, and the second phase was the internal renovation and refurbishment works to a number of flats. We have now started the structural refurbishment phase which is to carry out major structural repairs and refurbishment works including the rebuilding of retaining walls, mass concrete filling and resurfacing etc. The project thus far has been exciting and such a pleasure to be part of, particularly working on such a beautiful building.
