Garage Converted to domestic living Quarters Heating Boiler repiped and removed to outside housing Electric circut board and Security alarm moved Floor Joisted and insulated Foundation dug,Wall built up and PVC Widow installed, Lentol raised to match existing elevation Single doors widened to include double french doors Pathway installed at side of house Spec: Oak skirting through new room and oak doors and door furniture Radiator linked into exsisting system Room painted and carpeted Smoke alarms and heat detectors installed in house to bring up to current building regulations Building Controll passed and inspected this job This Project is now completed and is available to view.The owners are very happy to provide a reference.
