'This was our first refurbishment which was very daunting. But thankfully we had Toby and his
squad looking after us. Communication was immediate and always warm. Nothing ever seemed
transactional and he would always triple check we were getting exactly what we wanted. His team
have OCD levels of attention to detail and finish. There were no corners cut and everything was
priced fairly - even added work. Our flat has gone from a tired ex-council flat to one of those AirBnB
apartments you stay in while on a weekend in New York. We couldn't recommend Toby more. Amazing job. Amazing human'
