One very happy client.

'This was our first refurbishment which was very daunting. But thankfully we had Toby and his
squad looking after us. Communication was immediate and always warm. Nothing ever seemed
transactional and he would always triple check we were getting exactly what we wanted. His team
have OCD levels of attention to detail and finish. There were no corners cut and everything was
priced fairly - even added work. Our flat has gone from a tired ex-council flat to one of those AirBnB
apartments you stay in while on a weekend in New York. We couldn't recommend Toby more. Amazing job. Amazing human'

tidiness throughout. We were kept informed throughout the process and costs were clearly broken
down. We have had nothing but compliments for our new kitchen and we would not hesitate to

Very Happy Client.

'Toby and his team renovated my flat after a major leak. The team did a sterling job and the flat
now looks amazing. Toby was great at communicating and is very reliable and organised which
took the stress out of what was already a trying time. He was great at making suggestions and
giving advice and was also happy to liaise with my loss adjuster when needed. On top of that Toby
is a jolly nice chap!'

'After going through a lengthy process of quote-gathering, Toby was the only trades-person who
gave me the confidence that he was able to carry out the work successfully. Before even meeting
with me he had taken the time to study the structural engineer's diagrams and specifications. Toby
and his team were continuously polite, friendly and professional. Communication was constant and
I always had an open dialogue with him. Toby always went above and beyond at every step of the
job. The standard of work was consistently high and I would not hesitate to recommend or hire
Toby and the team again.'
