Simmons Construction were regional winners of the Commercial Project category at the FMB North West Master Builder Awards 2017.
They won the award for their work a new, standalone classroom at a local school, dubbed 'The Da Vinci Building'. The build uses natural yet contemporary Shiplap Thermowood vertical cladding. Simmons overcame the challenge of the site being at flood risk by raising the height of the building and performing foundation work. See photos and read more under Case Studies.

In addition, in 2009 we won a Local Authority Building Control Award for 'Built in Quality' for a development of nine new build flats that we undertook. This was the third LABC Award that we had won.
