We carried out extensive structural alterations and floor strengthening to this property to transform the kitchen and rear area of the property. We changed all the windows and installed lintels for new external doors. We added the pitch roof to the dormer and then styled the property with the new tile hanging and barge boards.

We stripped out a conventional single garage with up and over door etc. As the garage was under an extension with a bedroom above we took the opportunity to upgrade the insulation and install a new 1 hour fire rated ceiling, new lighting, new power sockets, new insulated roller shutter door. Walls and floor painted. The area was planned for storage as before but with the clear out and new shelving they found they could also get their small car in as well.

Conservatory and landscaping
This project was in a very difficult location, down a sloping shared drive where everything had to be delivered as required as there was very little on site and no off site storage.
