Kitchen knock-through with new kitchen

*This project was inspected by an independent inspection company as part of the FMBs strict application process.  The inspectors comments were as follows:* FMB Membership Department
 
"Completed work involved:
·         Removal of the dividing wall to achieve an open planned dining and kitchen facility.
·         Wall removed with new steel support installed which was fireproofed.
·         Removal of old kitchen units and reconfiguration of kitchen appliances and units.
·         New base and wall units installed with integrated appliances.
·         Electrical and gas services repositioned to allow electric hob and gas ovens to be relocated.
·         Walls and ceilings reskimmed or boarded to some areas.
·         New work tops installed with new lighting installed to ceilings.
·         Old flooring removed and new vinyl installed.
·         New skirting boards installed with new radiators installed linking to the existing system.
·        Utility room has been refurbished as part of the works.
 
Completed works were of a high standard."
