The house had a garage to the front with a flat room connected to the side. We added a large extension on top of the garage, creating lots of extra space for the property.

Bungalow Conversion

For this project, Smith-Kent were chosen to convert this 1960s bungalow into a contemporary and stylish 3 bedroom country house.
Green Gables was a detached bungalow that was in need of some internal modernisation. Smith-Kent took on the project and not only gave the inside a new look but completely overhauled the exterior, making it virtually unrecognisable from the original small bungalow that it formerly was.
